Return Policy

Once an order is placed, Pushpras Dairy Farm does not accept return or refund requests.

However, in the situations listed below, we will gladly work with our team to find a fair and suitable solution for all parties.

Missing or Spoiled Product

In case of a missing or spoiled product, please notify Pushpras Dairy Farm within 1 days of delivery via email at pushprasdairyfarm@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 8141512087

Kindly provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • Image of the invoice
  • Image of the outer packaging
  • Two clear images of the opened box showing all received items

Please note that we do not accept returns based on variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are natural and handmade, and slight variations may occur.

We will review your request and work towards a fair resolution. Verified cases of missing or damaged products will be eligible for replacement.

Refund Policy

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
