Shipping policy

Please review our shipping policy below:

A complete and accurate address, including pin code, email ID, and contact number, is required to process your order. Kindly verify your details before placing the order.

Orders for in-stock items are usually packed and dispatched within 2 working days.

Deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 7 PM. Sundays and public holidays are not included.

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or strikes.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp.

For pre-orders, we will try to deliver on your preferred date; however, delivery may occur 1–2 days earlier or later.
